<p>International Shipping IMPORTANT: International shipments, including shipments to Canada, are subject to duties, taxes, broker fees and custom fees in your country. These fees are ADDITIONAL, they are YOUR responsibility and are not included in the price of an item nor the shipping charges paid to sundownski.com. All customs fees and duties must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Fees vary by country and your local government determines the customs fees.</p>
<p>If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. Uncollected orders are considered abandoned and will not be returned to Sundown.</p>
<p>SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY? For your convenience, we offer shipping through either UPS International or USPS Airmail International. What's the difference?</p>
<p>Skis and other large items can only be shipped via UPS due to size and weight limits. UPS costs a bit more but transit time and customs processing is faster. Shipments are also trackable. Allow a little extra time for customs processing.</p>
<p>USPS Airmail International is less expensive and is recommended for small items. Packages are not trackable once they leave the US. Customs processing may take longer with this option. This is not an option for skis and large items.</p>
<p>For international orders you must contact us for an accurate shipping quote before you place your order. We will not ship any international orders without confirmation of the shipping charges from the customer.</p>
<p>IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE USA please check with your local customs office to see what additional costs you will be responsible for when importing your Sundown package into your country. Those costs will be additional and will be charged by the carrier at delivery. Sundown shipping charges do not include any customs duties, fees, brokerage fees, or taxes.</p>

<p><strong>Surf Items Note:</strong> Free Shipping does NOT apply to Surfboards, Bodyboards or SUP Outside Nassau & Suffolk Countes in New York.</p>
<p>Depending on the destination, shipping may cost from $75 to $150. We will contact you with a shipping rate when an order has been placed or call ahead for an estimate (516)-796-1565. Thank you.</p>

<p><strong>Outdoor Furniture Items Note:</strong> Free Delivery on Outdoor Furniture Sets or Outdoor Furniture Pieces over $999.99 in New York City, Nassau County and Suffolk County only.
